Make sure that you take all of these restrictions and costs into account when calculating the potential value of purchasing a property inside a complex.
When looking at potential property, don’t rule out the capital Lisbon that has some wonderful courses within a stone’s throw and the island of Madeira that has numerous small but luxurious courses.
Green fees for non-residents generally start at the 50 Euro mark and the majority of courses do not charge more than 100 Euro.
